About Attendance & Format
Can I attend a PRmoment Masterclasses in person or virtually?
You have the flexibility to attend a PRmoment Masterclass either in person at the venue or virtually via our bespoke livestream platform.
How long is each Masterclass session?
Each of the 10 Masterclasses lasts 20 minutes, followed by an interactive 10-minute Q&A session.
What is the virtual attendance experience like?
Our bespoke, virtual livestream platform is designed to bring the full in-room experience directly to you, complete with real-time, embedded Q&A functionality.
Do I have to attend all 10 sessions?
No. We offer a flexible schedule so you can choose to catch all sessions or select only the ones that interest you most.
What if I miss a session I want to see?
Recordings of each masterclass will be shared with both face-to-face and virtual attendees post-event.
Can I buy a virtual pass and then different people in my team can attend/log in?
Our virtual platform enforces a one-ticket, one-user policy. The livestream software is designed to prevent simultaneous logins from multiple devices using the same ticket credentials. Attempting multiple logins will result in technical issues and may block access.
I don't earn much but I'd still like to attend. Do you offer discounted or free tickets?
Yes, we are committed to making our events accessible to industry professionals regardless of their financial circumstances. A limited number of reduced-price face-to-face tickets and virtual tickets have been set aside for people who would like to come but cannot afford the ticket price. Please contact siobhan@prmoment.com if you feel you are appropriate for this offer and would like to be sent our bursary form.
Venue & Amenities
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, Lumiere London is a fully accessible venue.
What catering will be provided for in-person attendees?
We provide a breakout room with barista coffee, plus refreshments available throughout the day. All dietary needs will be accommodated.
Speakers & Sponsors
Are there any sponsors or salespeople present at the event?
No. We do not believe in charging delegates for a ticket and then filling the room with salespeople. No sponsors will be present.
How are the speakers selected?
All speakers are selected purely on merit and expertise. We do not have sponsors or paid-for speaking slots.
How do I speak at a PRmoment PR Masterclass?
Our editorial team spend time researching and understanding the most important issues impacting PR and communications. This process helps us identify who the best speakers are.
We also use the PRmoment Awards as a reference point for best practice.
With that in mind, we don't welcome random pitches to speak at our Masterclass events. Sorry. It's a case of don't call us, we'll call you!
